More than 12 hours before start: full refund minus payment fees. Inside 12 hours: 50%. No-show at an on-site job is charged in full.
Privacy
Bookings are stored to run the job (name, phone, place, languages). We do not sell your data. Meeting-bot audio will not be kept by default; transcripts only if you opt in. UAE PDPL applies.
Official appointments
The captions bot is not a court or medical interpreter. Book a human for anything that must be relied on by an authority.
