What to bring
Emirates ID, case or report number, previous statements, powers of attorney, and any Arabic draft you were emailed. Do not rely on a phone-camera translation of a notary text. Bring both the English and Persian spellings of names used on old passports. Notary and bank files stall on transliteration. Arrive early for screening. Silence phones. If you need a female interpreter for a family matter, say so on the form. Do not bring an unofficial helper who will talk over the linguist.
