Hindi

Hindi is one of the most requested community languages in the UAE. Indian families in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi use it for Amer, school enrolment, hospital visits and labour-related appointments. Many officers speak some English; fewer will follow a fast Hindi medical history or a family-relationship explanation.

Typical Hindi jobs are visa medicals, delivery wards, labour complaints, tenancy disputes and parent–teacher meetings. Request a female interpreter for maternity and many outpatient clinics.

Standard Hindi is the default. If the family prefers Hinglish, or needs Urdu in the same visit, say so on the form so we do not send a linguist who only works one register.

Write the patient’s full name as it appears on the passport, not a household nickname. Hospital wristbands and Amer files reject mismatches.
