Bulgarian is requested by families and crews who work the Dubai–Sofia corridor. English at the desk is common; Bulgarian is what older relatives and first-arrival spouses actually understand at a clinic or Amer counter.

Visa medicals, labour offices, hospital discharge and the occasional police statement. We confirm coverage before a rush booking is charged.

Standard Bulgarian is the default. Mention if Russian will also be spoken — many households switch mid-sentence.

Bring the Cyrillic spelling of every name as it appears on the passport, not a Latin nickname used at work.
